All payments made on the Service are non-refundable, except under specific circumstances. Refunds may be granted if the Service has not been used by the user. In such cases, you must contact us to request a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if we determine that the Service has been used for more than 2% of the purchased amount of credits or if the request is made after the 14-day period.
While we strive to provide high-quality AI-generated images, we cannot guarantee that the images produced by the Service will always be as good-looking as the examples shown on our website. The quality of the generated images may vary depending on the user's skill and the time spent using the Service.
We are not responsible for images that do not meet your expectations or match the quality of the examples provided on our website.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of NLT LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Latvia and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of nolim.ai.
In no event shall nolim.ai, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed its essential purpose.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Latvia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless nolim.ai and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, or b) a breach of these Terms.
